Product Manager


  • Develop and maintain product vision and strategy to ensure product growth;
  • Create a solid and clear roadmap to achieve business goals;
  • Product operations management;
  • Analysing day to day performance KPIs;
  • Identifying opportunities for growth or risk mitigation;
  • Working closely with Analytics, CRM and Game design teams;
  • Driving continuous creative innovation in order to achieve industry first results;
  • Ensuring clarity on what needs to be executed and facilitating timely delivery of project outputs;
  • Working constantly with multiple teams in order to break down complex problems into clear solution paths;


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, to clearly articulate requirements and timelines;
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, soft skills and self-awareness;
  • The ability to embrace constructive feedback and criticism, and experience in delivering it well to others;
  • An ability to motivate teams and lead by example;
  • A burning desire to achieve a level of results that most people aren’t able to achieve;
  • A clear sense of urgency and an understanding of how to take decisions with limited information, while maintaining quality and hitting targets;
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written;

Nice to have

  • Experience within the field of gaming and technology;
  • Knowledge of the social gaming landscape and an understanding of F2P games;
