CRM & LiveOps Manager
DGN Games is looking for a driven, creative & enthusiastic CRM & Live Operations Manager to join its Marketing Department at our Tel Aviv office.
- Delivering CRM strategies while encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- A to Z in-app promotion management (brain-storm, plan, produce, configure, analyse and share)
- Campaign and product configurations on internal and external online systems
- Analysing & optimizing direct communications with customers on all platforms (FB, Email, Push notifications).
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
- Experience as a CRM Manager – advantage
- Passion for mobile games

- True detail-oriented personality
- Data-driven optimization experience – an advantage
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills – a must
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to handle excessive workload under stress
