CRM & LiveOps Manager

DGN Games is looking for a driven, creative & enthusiastic CRM & Live Operations Manager to join its Marketing Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering CRM strategies while encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • A to Z in-app promotion management (brain-storm, plan, produce, configure, analyse and share)
  • Campaign and product configurations on internal and external online systems
  • Analysing & optimizing direct communications with customers on all platforms (FB, Email, Push notifications).
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a CRM Manager – advantage
  • Passion for mobile games
  • Creative Mind!
  • True detail-oriented personality
  • Data-driven optimization experience – an advantage
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal skills – a must
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to handle excessive workload under stress
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and across different departments/sites.
